Sf writers address time travel and time dilation. All writers address time. Thus, although "The Horn of Time the Hunter" by Poul Anderson and The Triumph Of Time by James Blish are sf, their titles refer to universal time common to all life and literature:
"Time and tide..."
"Time, like an ever-rolling stream..."
"Time, you old gypsy man..."
We are now at the time of year when we reflect on the passage of time.

Kaor, Paul!
And Flandry's extended metaphor in WE CLAIM THESE STARS about the Terran nobles who shivered as they played with a few bright dead autumnal leaves as they contemplated the time of the approaching Fall of the Empire also came to my mind.
