Poul Anderson, The Stars Are Also Fire, 6, p. 85.
The "L'Etoile de Diana" restaurant, in Port Bowen on Luna, has a limited range of fish, poultry, vegetables and fruit from its own agro unit and will soon have local wine. Edmond Beynac, eating roast duck, offers to introduce Dagny Ebbeson to confit d'oie at an inn in Les Eyzies. From the restaurant, the Lunar surface is visible with Earth overhead.
Just a short, late-night addition to the Food Thread.

Kaor, Paul!
It's almost a dead certainty that Nicholas van Rijn ate his share of duck confits!
