The Earth Book Of Stormgate "spans, illuminates and completes the magnificent future history of the Polesotechnic League," according to the blurb on the back of the paperback. The Technic Civilization Saga, Volume VII, Flandry's Legacy does not span but does illuminate and complete both the Imperial period and the Technic History as a whole. The Game Of Empire:
concludes the Flandry series;
is the last Terran Empire instalment;
inputs new retro info -
a deep-rooted Merseian plan that had involved both Brechdan Ironrede and Aycharaych,
what had been done about the Starkadians,
the never before seen Dakotians and Zacharians,
Flandry's daughter with a new team and a potential new series...
Then, of course, there are the post-Imperial periods and unfortunately the end of the series.

Kaor, Paul!
I have some schadenfreude at how bitterly frustrated the Roidhuns and their Grand Councils of Flandry's lifetime must have felt over how often their devilishly clever schemes to bring down the Empire were thwarted!
Ad astra! Sean
The Zacharians are a perfect example of eugenic narcissism...
Kaor, Mr. Stirling!
And they were very pouty faced over how the rest of the human race refused to fall down in prostrate adoration of their glorious superiority and genius! Unsuccessful would be Draka wannabes was how I characterized them.
Ad astra! Sean
