Heinlein's Future History could have incorporated a sub-series about a Space Patrolman. Anderson's Psychotechnic History could have incorporated a sub-series about an Un-Man or a Coordinator. Anderson's Technic History does incorporate lengthy sub-series about Master Merchants and about a Terran Intelligence agent. It is as if the Technic History fulfils the potential of the two earlier future histories. Anderson's Time Patrol series is only about Time Patrol agents and might have been extended to cover civilian time travellers and their future civilizations. Despite the vastness of Poul Anderson's output, we can always imagine endlessly more.

The Psychotechnic series contains four stories I would consider at least to be loosely an UN Man sub-series: "Marius," "The UN-Man," "The Sensitive Man," and "The Big Rain."
