Time Patrol.
Stane holds "...a thirtieth-century blast-ray." (p. 36)
Everard refers to:
"...the forty-first-century energy gun mounted in this timecycle...." (p. 151)
(Those timecycles are multi-purpose versatile.)
At the Pleistocene lodge, Everard wears:
"...loose green trousers and tunic of twenty-third century insulsynth, boots hand-made by a nineteenth-century French-Canadian..." (p. 173)
We can probably find more such references. Did Poul Anderson keep notes of centuries in the Time Patrol series as he did for planets, intelligent species etc in the Technic History? If such references multiplied, then they would add up to a background history of future tech.
