Flandry And Falkayn

Flandry grows so rigid that Persis is frightened and asks him what is wrong although he does not hear.

Falkayn sits rigid and oblivious until Chee Lan grows nervous and asks what ails him.

I could now search the blog for two or more previous occasions when we have found such resonances between different texts by Anderson but let's leave it there for tonight.

And Flandry refused to tell Persis what his flash of intuition was, because the Merseians would be more likely to spare her if Persis did not know what it was Flandry had realized.
