Blish: Helmuth controls machines on Jupiter by waldos.
Anderson: Anglesey controls an organic body by psionics.
Blish: Helmuth works for the US which is still in the Cold War with the USSR.
Anderson: Anglesey works for the Psionics Corporation which is contracted by the Federation Science Authority.
Anderson's team on Jupiter V is all male.
Blish's Helmuth has an uneasy interaction with a woman colleague and is also in ham radio contact with men on other Jovian moons.
No doubt there is more but, here in Lancaster on Earth, the sun and other responsibilities beckon.
