See Psychosocial Integration.
There is a fourth reference to "integration":
"Trevelyan...was aware that his own body quivered and went dry in the mouth. A remote part of him decided that this was an unintegrate reaction and he needed more training."
-"The Pirate," p. 164.
The four references cover:
an integrate civilization;
unintegrate companions;
unintegrated cross-purposes of sovereign states;
an unintegrate reaction.
Thus, "integration" is a feature both of societies and of individuals in fulfillment of the aims of the Psychotechnic Institute. See A Debate About The Future.

Kaor, Paul!
I'm totally skeptical of grandiose notions of "integrating" states and societies. But I can it being possible to train small "special forces" units whose members control physical reactions to the flight/fight impulse.
Ad astra! Sean
