Again Tau Ceti

The opening chapter of CJ Cherryh's Downbelow Station summarizes interstellar travel from 2005 to 2352 and refers to "Pell's Star" which, the Introduction informs us, is Tau Ceti, now known to have planets, one or two possibly habitable. See here and here.
