(iii) "Un-Men" are Frankenstein monsters constructed from body parts by the wizard Anton Arcane in Swamp Thing.
Thus, three different and distinct meanings.

And I had forgotten C.S. Lewis' "un-Man," from PERELANDRA! And we know Lewis liked science fiction and sometimes wrote about SF themes and ideas (e.g, see his essay "Religion and Rocketry").
