Bolas.
Sharp boomerangs.
Flung weighted nets in which an enemy can fall to his death.
Blowguns imported from the tropics.
Bolt operated repeater guns with fire-hardened wooden bayonets.

And I think Diomedean warriors also used stone hatchets or tomahawks for up close and personal fighting.
