I was able to access the link and read the interview with Mrs. Bear with no trouble. I took particular note of the question and answer about how Poul Anderson's papers were donated to the archives of the University of California Riverside.
And I'm glad Mrs. Bear liked the Hoka stories her father co-wrote with Gordon Dickson!
