(i) The temporal bureau exists only in "'-All You Zombies-'" by Robert Heinlein.
(ii) The High Ones who build the Hall of the Gate exist only in "By His Bootstraps" by Robert Heinlein. (I adapted the High Ones here.)
(iii) The unnamed "gods" who are in some ways like Danellians exist only in "Flight to Forever" by Poul Anderson.
(iv) The Danellians and their Time Patrol have a whole series.
(i), (ii) and (iii), enjoyable in their own rights, could also be read as preparations for the complexities of the Time Patrol, as could certain works by Twain, Wells, de Camp and Ward Moore.
Another comparable organization is the Service which exists only in "Beep"/The Quincunx Of Time by James Blish. Service agents do not time travel but do protect a future history, having received messages from it. They are like a mini-Patrol, concerned with the future, not with the past, and operating only in their present. They are described as an Event Police which could be an alternative name for the Time Patrol.

Kaor, Paul!
And of course there is Anderson's somewhat ironically named "The High Ones." And another name for the Time Patrol might have been the "Paratemporal Security Service." With obvious wisecracks involving "PSS"!
Ad astra! Sean
