Gwydionian Scenery

Water falls noisily into a tree-filled dell with shifting patterns of light and shadow;

rainbows dance in smoke thrown up from the water;

currents swirl around growth-covered rocks;

riverbed stones ripple;

the air is cool and damp;

a bird of prey wheels overhead.

Noise, light, coolness and dampness: three senses.

Having mentioned that the Merseians name a spacecraft after their bird of prey, the fangryf, we should also remember that one class of Klingon spacecraft is called "Bird of Prey."
