Merseians II

I said here that, when the Dominic Flandry series became part of the Technic History, Poul Anderson added three earlier stages of Merseian history. I referred to events in:

"Day of Burning";
Mirkheim;
The People Of The Wind.

However, "Day of Burning" referred to a still earlier stage: first contact with Merseia by a ship of the Grand Survey. See Merseia which summarizes information about Merseia:

during the Grand Survey;
during "Day of Burning";
when Dominic Flandry is an Ensign;
when Flandry is an Admiral.
