knives. slung at waists.
The blurb wrongly implies that this collection presents a single narrative of nuclear war followed by interstellar travel.

I question whether 20,000 years or more would have been LONG enough for the human colonists of this forgotten planet to evolve and change so drastically, however. But, still, "The Horn of Time the Hunter" was good reading!
