Continuing Series

If it were possible for Poul Anderson's various series to be continued indefinitely, then this is what I would like to read.

Time Patrol
Everard moving house in space and time.
Everard on missions in the future.
Other Patrol agents with different roles.
Stories set during the periods when the Patrol can operate openly.
More about the Danellians and about temporal quantum mechanics.

The Technic History
Trader team members staying in touch after retirement.
Falkayn running Solar Spice & Liquor while van Rijn holds the League together.
Van Rijn leading his expedition outside known space.
Aycharaych alive, no longer working for the Merseians.
Fr Axor making progress in his research.
Diana and Targovi working for Intelligence.
More about Avalon.
The effects of the wealth from the Cloud Universe in that spiral arm.
What happened to the Merseians and other races from the Technic period?
When did the Empire fall?

The Multiverse
A collection of Old Phoenix stories.
Holger finding Alianora when they were both still young.
More about Valeria Matuchek.

Obviously, such lists could be extended indefinitely.

Kaor, Paul!

I'm puzzled by one bit in your comments about the Time Patrol. We do see stories by Poul Anderson showing us the roles played by other agents, such as in "The Sorrow of Odin the Goth."

And I have speculated about the Danellians. Did their civilization too also fall? Who or what came after the Danellians?

I would have liked to know what happened to Leon Ammon after A CIRCUS OF HELLS. My hope is that, despite being a gangster, he used the vast wealth gained from Wayland to help strengthen and stabilize the Empire. It needn't have been anything spectacular or flashy. Simply investing the profits of Wayland in new businesses would do great good by stimulating the economy and increasing opportunities for people to find jobs.

At the very end of THE GAME OF EMPIRE we see Dominic Flandry expressing the hope that the Empire would survive another two centuries. So maybe the Empire outlived Flandry by 200 years. If Flandry's toils and struggles helped to do that, I would call that being as successful as he could have hoped!

Sean,
Yes, we do see other agents but not entire stories devoted entirely to them although a couple of episodes come close.
Your suggestion about Leon Ammon is a good one.

In "The Sorrow of Odin the Goth" and "Gibraltar Falls," we get two stories MOSTLY about Time Patrol agents other than Manse Everard.

Leon Ammon tends to get overlooked by commentators. So I thought it necessary to point out even Leon had some good qualities: courage, energy, and forethought.

Sean,
Yes, those are good Time Patrol stories branching out from the focus on Everard.

Thanks! And in "Gibraltar Falls" Manse hardly does more than cameos in that story.
