Judith's account of Nat is introduced by Hloch whose co-author, Arinnian/Christopher Holm, marries Tabitha Falkayn, remote descendant of David.
Both David Falkayn and Emil Dalmady worked for Nicholas van Rijn, grandfather of David's wife, Coya Conyon.
But what a long way we have come from "Margin of Profit," the story that, in 1956, launched the character of Nicholas van Rijn without anyone as yet suspecting how many descendants and successors he would have.
Without any direct family connection, David Falkayn's work on Merseia and on Avalon has major repercussions in the later period of Dominic Flandry.

Kaor, Paul!
Rather a pity we see no further descendants of Nicholas van Rijn or David Falkayn after THE PEOPLE OF THE WIND. But of course we have to expect families to eventually fade out of long lasting series.
Ad astra! Sean
