Morgan le Fay is King Arthur's sister whereas Raor is Merau Varagan's clone mate. Thus, Varagan and Raor are leading Exaltationist time criminals in Poul Anderson's Time Patrol series.
Raor tells Time Patrolman Manse Everard that the Exaltationists:

And both Raor and Morgan Le Fay had impossible, even insane ambitions! I can see such things as merely restating the Tempter's treacherous offer in Genesis that "...you shall be as gods..." And we see Stirling's intellectually insane Draka philosopher dreaming of similar things for the Draka in MARCHING THROUGH GEORGIA.
