Hloch's Earth Book Introduction to "How To Be Ethnic In One Easy Lesson" refers to a ninth planet but inaccurately. The text should state not that James Ching settled on Catawrayannis but that he settled in (the city of) Catawrayannis on (the planet) Llynathawr. See On Or In. With this correction made, Llynathawr can join the other eight planets listed in the previous post.
All of these planets interact, directly or indirectly:
David Falkayn from Hermes (i) led a crew whose other members were the Wodenite Adzel and a Cynthian and (ii) later led the joint human-Ythrian colonization of Gray, renamed Avalon;
Manuel Argos led a slave rebellion against the Gorzuni and founded the Terran Empire;
Avalon resisted the Terran Empire and remained in the Domain of Ythri;
the Empire bought Llynathawr from Cynthians;
Dominic Flandry of the Empire and Aycharaych, serving a rival imperial power, clashed on Alfzar and operated separately on Llynathawr and Aeneas, respectively.

About the only thing I can add here is that I would have said the Empire purchased Llynathawr from the Cynthians, with the idea of founding a human colony on the planet. To help strengthen Sector Alpha Crucis. Altho not entirely succeeding in that, it did become a moderately successful colony.
