"Luaine of Phyle Janou, Wardress of Zamok Gora...belonged among the seigneurs of the outer comets, who passed most of their lives aboard ship." (pp. 228-229)
Lunarians live entirely inside artificial environments whether as small a spacesuit or as spacious as a Proserpinan concourse. Is this one reason why there is no hint of any Lunarian religion? Their environment is entirely man-made, secular.
Two other factors might inspire reflection. First, they are always surrounded by the awesome cosmos. Secondly, any self-conscious being might sometimes inquire about his own inner processes. Ultimately, how do self and cosmos connect?

Kaor, Paul!
Well, I hope the Lunararians don't make the make the catastrophic blunder of worshiping themselves! To do so would be go well on the way to becoming as monstrous as Stirling's Draka.
Ad astra! Sean
