Until Baen Books collected Poul Anderson's Technic History in chronological order in seven volumes, its individual instalments had to be read in different editions and one story had not been collected. James Blish's Haertel Scholium could fit in a single omnibus volume but has not been collected as such.

This might interest you: NESFA Press has two collections of Blish's works, FLIGHTS OF EAGLES and WORKS OF ART. They both seem to focus on collecting his shorter stories albeit WORKS also contains A CASE OF CONSCIENCE.
I also checked Baen Books, but none of Blish's works are currently being offered at its website.
I'll check TOR Books later.
