Ferune, Wyvan of Mistwood Choth and First Marchwarden of the Lauran System, commanded the fleet defending Avalon.

In "The Game of Glory," we see Inyanduma III, Commander of Jairnovant on the planet Nyanza, telling Flandry that he had served in the Terran space Navy in his youth, and still held a reserve commission. Another addition to your list of Naval officers.
