This is one of several references to Thor in Poul Anderson's works. The gods live. In our imaginations. Where else? But in very different forms. I had problems with accepting the new Thor film but I like the version of Thor in Marvel Comics' Ultimates line. (See here.) That is a final thought for tonight after returning from the cinema.
