Here, without access to Technic History volumes for reference, I referred to the planet in "Esau" as "Mogul." In fact:
this planet is called "Suleiman";
its star is Osman;
another planet mentioned in the story is Babur;
its star is Mogul.
Here, I neglected to include "Birthright"/"Esau" as one of Poul Anderson's Biblically influenced stories although it clearly is one. Thus, three of these stories are collected in the Earth Book which itself might count as an Ythrian scripture.
The Solar Spice and Liquors factor on Suleiman is from Altai;
the trading ship that calls periodically is Cynthian;
the main customers for the bluejack herb that is gathered on Suleiman are the Baburites.
These three names resonate elsewhere in the Technic History yet are casually included in the text without any contrivance. This happens all the time. "Hiding Place" includes an Altaian and a Ramanujan and other such examples abound.

Kaor, Paul!
I agree, Anderson was very skillful in his "casual" use of references and allusions to other beings and planets in the Technic series.
And of course I was intrigued by how Anderson had Suleimanite kings using court dwarves as advisers and retainers.
Ad astra! Sean
