Breakfast

SM Stirling, A Meeting At Corvallis (New York, 2007), Chapter Nineteen, p. 519.

Tiphaine eats:

four eggs fried over easy;
a dozen rashers of Canadian-style bacon;
fried green pickled tomatoes;
hash browns with bits of chili and onion;
toast.

Poul Anderson satisfies the inner man with food for thought. Stirling satisfies both with food for thought and with thoughts of food.

Given her STRENUOUSLY active life, Tiphaine d'Ath needed meals like that!

Kaor, Paul!

That, again given her STRENUOUS life, does not surprise me. And, such a diet would give US coronaries! (Smiles)
