Everything

As an addendum to the previous post, St Paul definitely wrote that all that mattered was the risen Christ, a supernatural being encountered and preached by himself, not the biography of Jesus.

I am about to stop posting for the evening and to return to rereading Stieg Larsson yet again or maybe to watching Montalbano but first let me remark that posting about Poul Anderson's works involves posting about everything as is demonstrated by the contents of recent posts. Jack Havig not only visits the 1960s and the day of the Crucifixion but also addresses the issues raised by that decade and that day. Furthermore, his account of the causes of the War of Judgment raises issues relevant now and that is an appropriate place to close for the evening.

Kaor, Paul!

And St. Paul was right, the RISEN Christ is what ultimately matters. Because the Resurrection justifies and confirms everything the Lord had done during His earthly ministry.

And I plan to finally finish Michaud's book tonight!

Ad astra! Sean
