Since we have previously discussed Charles III in a radio play and in SM Stirling's Emberverse and another Charles III in Stirling's Angrezi Raj (for both of these, see here), it might also be appropriate to mention that a stage play, King Charles III, is currently being adapted to British television. Also, Prince Charles, unnamed but in every way identifiable, played a central role in Garth Ennis' John Constantine story, Royal Blood.
The only direct link with Poul Anderson is that we wonder whether the Mayors Palatine of Britain in the Terran Empire are descended from the House of Windsor.

Kaor, Paul!
And I can think of only two other links which even indirectly connects stories by Poul Anderson with the House of Windsor would be A MIDSUMMER TEMPEST (because a different Charles I and Prince Rupert of the Rhine are characters there) and the beginning and ending epigraphs featuring some remarks by Charles II to Sir Christopher Wren in "A Tragedy Of Errors."
