Poul Anderson, The Boat Of A Million Years (London, 1991).
Would you embark on a slower than light interstellar journey with little or no prospect of returning to the Solar System?
The following factors would help:
time dilation;
indefinite longevity;
nothing left for you on Earth;
interesting destinations to explore;
well tested space technology;
a comfortable, well equipped vehicle;
good companions.
The first two factors would make it possible to cross many light years in a reasonable fraction of your expected life span. Given all this, I would go.

Kaor, Paul!
And given the kind of space ship technology we see in the Kith stories and STARFARERS, the crews of such ships don't even need immortality to travel interstellar distances. True, it did come with certain costs and risks, such as Earth and the Kith being more and more separated, even alienated, by the sheer passing of time.
