Coincidence, Classics, Connections And Canal

Another coincidence: there was a humorous play by Val McDermid on the radio yesterday evening. As a character in Alan Moore's Swamp Thing said, "Take it up with the guys in the Fate and Destiny Department!"

I suppose you are wondering what my next six "classic" sf novels will be? So am I. Meanwhile, however, Poul Anderson's output is so comprehensive that, although I did not set out to do so, it was an easy matter to show connections between his works and the first six titles listed.

I will shortly go out for some exercise along Lancaster canal (see image) so will not be blogging for a while.
