Observations
This decade is more straightforward:
van Rijn continues;
he employs and works with the trader team led by Falkayn;
Flandry's earlier career is recounted;
there are sixteen instalments, not counting "The White King's War";
that leaves thirteen more instalments to be accounted for in the remaining complete decade which we will probably not consider this evening!

ReplyDeleteI think it's worth stating that "The White King's War" was revised to better incorporate it into the longer story A CIRCUS OF HELLS.

ReplyDeleteIIRC that is where I first saw mention of the Reuleaux triangle. A few years later read an article on constant width polygons (In IIRC American Scientist) in which this story was mentioned.
